Found Noah's Ark again?
A couple of days ago, evangelical Chinese and Turkish researchers, from a group called Noah's Ark Ministries International, claimed they have found the remains of Noah's Ark near its Biblical resting place in Turkey, on Mount Ararat.
Leaders of the expedition said that they are "99.9 percent" that a wooden structure found on the mountainside was part of a ship that housed the Biblical Noah, his family and a menagerie of creatures during a giant flood 4,800 years ago.
Really? Truly? Is somebody claiming to have found Noah's Ark again? Wasn't it found forty odd years ago? Oh, that site wasn't proven. Well, I remain skeptical. Noah's Ark is a nice allegory. Well, I suppose that every generation owe it to themselves to take a journey to test themselves, their Faith, whatever , whether the journey is to find the Holy Grail, or Santa's beard or Noah's Ark.
